Rajasthan Tour Package (GTI028)

Day 01 :
Departure from home country.

Day 02 :
Arrive Delhi. Transfer to hotel. Full day city tour visiting Qutub Minar , India Gate (War Memorial), Lakshmi Narayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple, drive past President House and Secretariat buildings. Afternoon sightseeing of Old Delhi visiting - Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. Visit the cremation sites of Jawaharlal Nehru - (Shanti Vana) and Mahatma Gandhi - (Rajghat)

Day 03 :
Drive to Mukundgarh. Check in at hotel.

Day 04 :
Visit the Shekhavati villages - Nawalgarh, Mandawa and Dundlod.

Day 05 :
Drive to Bikaner. Check-in at the hotel. Afternoon visit the Fort and the colorful bazzars. Evening optional or visit the camel breeding farm.

Day 06 :
Drive to Jaisalmer. Check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 07 :
Morning sightseeing of Jaisalmer- throbbing in the heart of the Thar the burnished sandstone, is an intricately moulded wonderland. A half day sightseeing tour of this city of gilded magic takes you through the different Havelis. People still live in these ancient buildings dating from 12 to 15th century. Most pf the houses have exquisite carvings and filigreed work all over.Afternoon at leisure. As the sun sets, the sky goes up in flames and night decends softly, creating a new monument every evening.

Day 08 :
Drive to Jodhpur. Check in at the hotel. Later half day city tour visiting the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill, including Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Visit Jaswant Thada an imposing marble memorium built in 1899 AD and the Museum located in the Umaid public gardens.

Day 09 :
Morning drive to Ranakpur. Check in at the hotel and later visit the beautiful Ranakpur jain Temples.

Day 10 :
Morning drive to Udaipur. Check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 11 :
Morning visit the City Palace, Jagdish Temple , Sahelion ki Bari (Queen's resort for her friends) and Fateh sagar Lake and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum).

Day 12 :
Morning drive to Kota by road visiting Chittaurgarh enroute.

Day 13 :
Morning drive to Pushkar visiting Bundi enroute. Arrive and transfer to hotel.

Day 14 :
Morning drive to Jaipur. Check-in at the hotel. Afternoon visit the Maharaja's City Palace (Museum) & Jantar Mantar (the observatory), Albert Hall Museum, Ram Niwas Gardens; drive past Hawa Mahal/the Palace of Winds & through the pink rose residential/business areas of Jaipur.

Day 15 :
Morning tour of Amber Fort , the ancient capital of the state until 1728. Visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of Victory and Temple of Kali. Return to to the city passing by Jal Mahal enroute. Afternoon Free.

Day 16 :
Morning drive to Bharatpur. Visit the Keoladeoghana Bird Sanctuary. If luck permits, watch the Siberian crane.

Day 17 :
Drive to Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute. Fatehpur SIkri was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 AD. Visit the graceful buildings within the city including Salim Chisti's tomb , Jama Masjid, Panch Mahal and other palaces. Later visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 AD for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains, Agra Fort , Itmad-Ud-Daullah built by empress Noor Jehan in memory of her father.

Day 18 :
Drive to Delhi. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 19 :
Morning transfer to airport for return flight.
